Hi. I have been in the real estate industry for over 13 years. I was previously a Senior Mortgage Banker with OCBC Bank for 4 years before I join as a property realtor. Given my financial banking background, it give me an added edge to understand how important is affordability and financial planning for anyone. It also helps me to assist my client to manage the bank loan like how to maximize their opportunity for property investments in the short and long term.

Husband: Desmond Lian, 44

Hi. I have been in the real estate industry for over 19 years. I witness and been through the various cycle of Singapore property e.g. SARS, Lehman Brother as well as how the government cooling measures has affected the property market. I have accumulated huge pool of buyers and sellers, support from co-broking agents and experiences over the years that help us to sell and buy for our client smoothly and effectively. Being so I am fortunate in seeing how people make money from property as well as how people make mistakes.

In fact, we are grateful to say our knowledge on property investment has allow us to own 3 properties in Singapore. We are landlord ourselves and also tenants. There are 'scarifies' along the process: Within the past 10 years, together with my wife, we have shifted 6 times. Yes... Packing, unpacking, moving in, moving out and repeat.

Being parents of young children, we know exactly what are the concerns for family i.e., the space constraints, the essential of living near/or with parents, the requirement to stay near school and for primary 1 enrollment & how important it is for people in mid-thirties and forties, job securities and concern for housing needs and affordability.

We are more than just any property agent who helps people transact their property. The main reason behind our success is because we are an investor and home owners ourselves, then we can be a consultant.

This is often overlooked by home owners when selecting their real estate agent, but it’s very important. Most agents out there are trained to sell, but they don’t really understand the market in-depth because they’re not an investor themselves and/ or they don't feel the needs of how important is a home.

We spent a lot of time analyzing market trends, reading reports like the Singapore Population White Paper, Singapore Master Plan, URA reports and networking with many property investors and home owners.
